We work with many insurance companies and file claims on behalf of our patients. Our treatment coordinator will gather your information and estimate your insurance coverage. In an attempt to maximize your benefits, we provide the insurance company with all necessary paperwork, charts, and X-rays. Please remember that dental insurance is a contract between you and your provider, and any remaining balance will be billed to your account.
Our office is an in-network provider for the following: Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, Cigna, Metlife, Aetna, and BCBS of GA.

To process your insurance claim, we will need your insurance card or form and your signed release. We will accept assignment of insurance benefits once it is verified that your insurance will pay us. If you have dual insurance, we will accept assignment on the primary but expect you to pay the estimated balance and be reimbursed by your secondary insurance. We will estimate your coverage as closely as possible, but until we actually receive payment from the insurance company, it remains an estimate.
